Introduction & Acceptance of Terms:
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by Just Travel Services(owned by Sarbjit Singh Kaur, self-employed, in Spain), including our website and any travel bookings or arrangements made through us. By using our website, making a booking, or paying for a service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read these Terms carefully before making payment or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our website or services. Prior to completing any payment, you will be required to indicate acceptance of these Terms (for example, by checking an “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box at checkout). If you proceed with a booking or payment, that action will be taken as your consent to and legal acceptance of these Terms.
Company Information:
Just Travel Services is operated by Sarbjit Singh Kaur as a sole proprietor in Spain. All references to “Just Travel Services,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company” in these Terms refer to the service provider. All references to “you” or “client” refer to the user of our website and/or purchaser of our travel services. This agreement is deemed to be concluded in Spain, and our official business address is located in Spain (exact address provided in our Contact section).
Services Overview:
Just Travel Services provides travel-related services, which may include: arranging and booking transportation (flights, trains, car rentals), accommodations (hotels, resorts, etc.), tours and activities, travel consultations, and other travel packages (collectively, the “Services”). We act as an agent or intermediary between you and various third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) to facilitate your travel plans. We do not own or control the third-party providers that actually deliver the travel products or services. Our role is to source and arrange travel options according to your requests, and to make bookings on your behalf with those providers. All bookings made through our service are subject to availability and the terms & conditions of the respective third-party suppliers.
User Responsibilities:
By using our services, you agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information for all travelers when making inquiries or bookings. This includes names exactly as they appear on passports or IDs, contact information, passport details, and any visa or health information required. Any errors in the information you provide (e.g., misspelled names or incorrect dates) may result in additional charges or inability to use the booked services; we are not liable for losses arising from such errors if they were based on incorrect information you supplied.
Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents such as valid passports, visas, and health/vaccination certificates required for your itinerary. Passport Validity: Many countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the trip dates – you must check and ensure compliance. Visas & Entry Requirements: It is your duty to verify the entry requirements (visas, transit visas, COVID-19 regulations, etc.) for each destination on your itinerary. We may provide general guidance but cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information and are not responsible if you are denied entry or incur fines due to non-compliance with requirements.
Minors and Authority: If you are booking on behalf of other travelers (such as family or a group), you confirm that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of those individuals, and that they have agreed to these Terms. For travelers under 18 (minors), a parent/guardian must give consent and assume responsibility.
Timely Payments: You agree to pay for the services in full by the deadlines provided (for example, paying a deposit and subsequent balance by specified dates). Prices are typically quoted in [EUR or relevant currency] and must be paid in that currency unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking by us or the supplier.
Adherence to Supplier Rules: Each airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line or other supplier will have their own rules (e.g., check-in times, baggage allowances, conduct policies, etc.). You must adhere to those rules and any laws of the countries you visit. We are not liable for any costs or losses due to your failure to follow supplier rules or local laws (for example, being denied boarding for late arrival, or fines for breaking local regulations).
Health and Safety: You must ensure you are medically and physically fit for travel and that you have taken appropriate medical precautions for your destinations. It is your responsibility to meet any health requirements, obtain recommended immunizations, and follow any health advisories for the areas you will visit. For example, some destinations require proof of vaccinations or negative test results for diseases; you must comply with such requirements. We are not responsible for any illness, injuries, or health incidents that may occur during your trip (see “Liability” section below). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical expenses and emergency repatriation.
Booking Process and Payments:
When you request a booking, we will provide a proposal or itinerary with details and pricing. A binding contract between you and Just Travel Services (for our intermediary services) and between you and the third-party suppliers (for actual travel products) is formed when we accept your booking request and you make the required payment. Key points regarding bookings and payments:
Deposits and Full Payment: Some bookings may require a deposit to confirm reservations, with the balance due by a certain date. Other bookings (especially those close to departure or involving certain airfares or promotional rates) might require full payment upfront. We will inform you of payment requirements. Deposits are generally non-refundable unles
Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with accepted credit or debit cards via our online payment link/invoice. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the specified amount to your card. All payments must be received in full before documents (e.g., tickets, vouchers) are released. Payment Security: Our Stripe integration means your card data is handled pursuant to Stripe’s high security standards (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store your sensitive card details on our servers.
Pricing and Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate pricing. However, prices (especially in travel) are subject to change until paid in full. Taxes, fees or surcharges (such as airline taxes, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or government fees) can change and are beyond our control. We will notify you of any price changes prior to finalizing the booking. Once you have paid in full, your price is locked in, except in cases where post-booking price increases are due to government-imposed taxes or fees – in such rare cases, you may be responsible for the difference. We will clearly communicate if any such adjustment is needed.
Confirmation and Travel Documents: After receiving your payment, we will issue or deliver the relevant travel documents (e.g., e-tickets, hotel vouchers, itineraries). It is your responsibility to review all documents immediately and notify us of any errors or discrepancies. Errors that are not reported promptly may not be corrected later and could result in additional costs which would be your responsibility.
Declined Transactions: If a payment is declined or chargeback is initiated without valid reason, you agree to immediately settle any amounts owed. If you dispute a charge with your bank that is later resolved in our favor, you are responsible for any chargeback fees or costs we incur in that process. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for non-payment or suspected fraud.
Cancellation, Changes and Refunds:
Travel arrangements may involve cancellation fees or be non-refundable, depending on the supplier’s policies:
Your Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your booking (in whole or part), you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation will be effective on the date we receive your written notice. Refunds for cancellations depend on the suppliers’ terms: many flight tickets, tours, or special rates are non-refundable; hotels or packages may have tiered penalties (e.g., 50% refund if canceled 30 days out, no refund within 7 days, etc.). We will inform you of such terms at booking. In many cases, cancelled bookings can incur up to 100% of the cost as a penalty. Additionally, our own service fee (if any was charged) may be non-refundable. We will deduct any non-refundable amounts and processing fees before issuing any applicable refund.
Supplier Cancellations/Changes: We are not the ultimate provider of travel services, so occasionally airlines or other suppliers may cancel or change your reservations (e.g., flight schedule changes, hotel overbookings). We will assist you in such events by notifying you and helping to arrange alternatives or refunds from the supplier. However, we are not liable for the monetary losses, inconvenience or additional costs you may incur due to a supplier’s cancellation or schedule change. We also have no control over airline schedule changes, strikes, or government travel bans, etc., that may affect your trip. We will do our best to advocate on your behalf with suppliers for refunds or alternatives, but we cannot guarantee outcomes dictated by third-party policies or force majeure events.
Changes/Amendments: If you request a change to an existing booking (such as dates, destination, or names), we will try to accommodate, but changes are subject to availability and the specific supplier’s consent. Changes often incur fees (airlines, for example, charge change fees plus any fare difference). You agree to pay any additional costs resulting from a change you request. In some cases, a change may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Unutilized Services: No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of travel arrangements if you choose, for example, to leave a tour early, skip a booked hotel night, or otherwise not utilize the purchased services.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip investment and personal wellbeing. Comprehensive travel insurance can cover risks such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events that could impact your travel. Please note that we are not an insurance provider and any description of insurance options we give is for informational purposes only, not a guarantee. It is your responsibility to evaluate and purchase appropriate coverage. No Insurance or Insufficient Coverage: If you choose to travel without adequate insurance, you understand that you will personally bear any financial losses or medical costs arising during the trip. We will not be liable for any costs that could have been covered by proper travel insurance, as we have advised you of its importance. Any insurance claims must be raised directly with your insurance company; we are not responsible for the submission, adjustment, or payment of your claims.
Our Role as Agent for Third-Party Suppliers:
Just Travel Services acts as an intermediary for the travel products and services you book. This means:
No Control Over Third Parties: The transportation, accommodations, and other services are provided by third-party suppliers who are independent entities and not employees or subcontractors of Just Travel Services. We do not own, operate, or control the companies or people who actually provide your travel services (such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, car rental agencies, etc.). They are responsible for their own operations.
Supplier Terms Apply: All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers(airline’s conditions of carriage, hotel’s accommodation policies, tour operator’s participant agreement, etc.). Those terms may limit the supplier’s liability or define your rights to changes/refunds. We will provide you with the relevant terms or direct you to them upon request. You must agree to and comply with those terms as well as ours. If there is a conflict between a supplier’s terms and our terms, the supplier’s terms for the specific product will usually take precedence for that portion of your travel (for example, an airline’s cancellation policy for your flight).
Not Liable for Supplier Acts: Just Travel Services is not liable for any negligent or willful act or omission of any third-party travel supplier. We have no control over their personnel, equipment, or operations. For example, we cannot guarantee that a hotel’s facilities will meet your expectations, or that an airline will depart on time. Any issue arising from the performance (or non-performance) of the actual travel service is the responsibility of the supplier. Your legal recourse for such claims (e.g., a flight cancellation, or a tour service not delivered as promised) is against the specific provider, not Just Travel Services. We will, of course, do our best to assist you in resolving any issues, but we cannot assume liability for the actions of others.
Travel Risks and Advisory:
Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risks than others, including but not limited to: political instability, extreme weather, health hazards, pandemics, and infrastructural challenges. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the current situation in your destination. We recommend consulting your government’s travel advisories (for example, the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or relevant embassy advisories, and resources like the EU Reopen platform or WHO travel advice). If you choose to travel to a destination under a travel warning or advisory, you assume the risks involved. Just Travel Services will not be liable for damages or losses that result from travel to such destinations.
Furthermore, you should follow all health and safety guidelines while traveling. This includes complying with any local regulations such as wearing masks, observing quarantine rules, or obtaining required medical tests (e.g., COVID-19 testing) if still applicable. We are not responsible for any additional costs or consequences (denied entry, quarantine, etc.) resulting from your failure to meet health or safety requirements of your destinations.
Behavior and Compliance:
While traveling, you are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to others and compliant with the law:
Suppliers (like airlines or hotels) reserve the right to refuse service to travelers for reasons such as disorderly conduct, intoxication, failure to comply with rules, or posing a risk to others. If you are refused service by a supplier on the grounds of your behavior or non-compliance, you will not receive a refund from us, and you will be responsible for any resulting costs.
You agree to indemnify us for any fines, penalties, or losses incurred as a result of your conduct (for instance, damage to a hotel room or violating local laws) – see Indemnification clause below.
Liability Disclaimer:
Just Travel Services shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, or deaths that may occur during or as a result of your travel or use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This limitation of liability covers a broad range of scenarios and causes, including but not limited to:
Personal Injury or Death: We are not responsible for any personal injury, accidents, illness, or death you may suffer on a trip, whether due to your activities, the acts or negligence of third-party providers, or any other cause.
Property Damage or Loss: We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed baggage and personal belongings. Keep valuables secure; consider obtaining insurance coverage for your belongings.
Travel Delays or Cancellations: Any delay, inconvenience, missed connections, or additional expense due to travel delays (weather, airline strikes, mechanical issues, overbooking, etc.) is not our liability. These are inherent risks of travel. While we will assist in making alternate arrangements, any costs (for example, extra hotel nights, meals, new flights) resulting from delays or force majeure events are your responsibilityt.
Acts of God / Force Majeure: We are not liable for events outside our control, such as natural disasters, hurricanes, earthquakes, extreme weather, acts of God, acts of government, acts of war, civil unrest, epidemics/pandemics, or any other extraordinary circumstances that may affect travel. If such events occur, we will try to help rearrange plans or obtain refunds per supplier policies, but we cannot guarantee outcomes and bear no financial responsibility for such events.
Third-Party Acts or Omissions: We assume no liability for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers or any of their employees or agents. For example, if a tour operator fails to deliver a service or an airline mishandles a reservation, any compensation must come from that supplier, not from Just Travel Services.
Additional Risks: Travel activities, especially adventurous or sports activities, carry inherent risks. Any participation in such activities (e.g., scuba diving, skiing, safari, etc.) is purely at your own risk. We do not supervise or control the safety of such activities. You assume all risk for any injuries or outcomes that occur.
Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event that Just Travel Services is found liable for any claim arising out of these services (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), our liability will be strictly limited. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question (i.e., our service fees or commission for arranging your travel). We will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind, such as lost profits, lost enjoyment, emotional distress, or other non-tangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability for personal injury caused by negligence, so some of these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. However, in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Warranty (Disclaimer of Warranties):
We provide our website and services “as is” and make no warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any travel information, products, or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. For example, we do not guarantee that: (a) the descriptions of travel products (hotels, tours, etc.) are free of errors or perfectly match the experience, (b) reservations will be available for all products at all times, (c) the travel services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or (d) any issues will be rectified to your complete satisfaction. While we endeavor to work with reputable suppliers and keep information up to date, we cannot promise any specific outcome. Any reliance you place on information from our site or representatives is at your own risk.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Travel Services and our owner (Sarbjit Singh Kaur) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from: (a) your breach of these Terms or any documents referenced herein; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your use of our services. For example, if you provide us with incorrect information that causes a financial loss, or if your conduct causes damage or legal issues during a trip that leads to claims against us, you will be responsible for all resulting costs and indemnify us against those claims. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By agreeing to these terms, you consent that any legal action or proceeding concerning this agreement or your use of our services shall be brought in the competent courts of Spain. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts, and waive any objection to proceedings in such venue on the grounds of inconvenient forum or any similar basis. (If you are a consumer residing in the EU, this clause does not override any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules applicable in your country of residence under EU consumer laws.)
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by an applicable court or authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if not possible, it shall be severed (removed) from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provisions.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice to users (for example, by posting a notice on our website or via email if you have an account with us) describing the changes. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on our website (check the “Last Updated” date). Your continued use of our services after changes to the Terms have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised set of terms, you must stop using our services and, if applicable, may cancel any bookings per the cancellation terms. These Terms were last updated on July 3, 2025.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy (and any other policies or guidelines we provide), constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Travel Services with respect to your use of our services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. In booking specific travel arrangements, you will also be subject to the terms of the relevant travel suppliers, but as between you and us, these Terms are the comprehensive agreement.
